Exclusively made from the chenin blanc grape, the cuvée “Les Perrières” 2010, a dry white wine was born on the northern bank of the loire within the Vouvray appellation in the Touraine district “ the garden of France”.
NOSE : fruity aromas as white peaches and exotic fruits with a light honey flavour completed with white flowers and some spices.
PALATE : Soft textured wine, ripen peaches ans exotic fruits confirmed with a nice refreshingly acidity.
FOOD AND WINE : Seafruits, fishes, goot cheese, smoke salmon, sushi, japanese cuisine.
Residual sugar : 7 gr
Total acidity : 5.3 g/l.

DRY "Flots rians" 2008
Exclusively made from the chenin blanc grape, the cuvée ““Flots Rians” 2008, a dry white wine, aged in oak barrels, was born on the northern bank of the loire within the Vouvray appellation in the Touraine district “ the garden of France”.
NOSE : Rich, mineral, floral and spicy aromas.
PALATE : Structured wine, minerality and spices, nice and elegant oak touch.
FOOD AND WINE : Grilled salmon, goats cheese, chicken, asparagers with mayonnaise, oysters, peached eggs with hollandaise sauce, fish pies and Comté cheese, Thai food.
Residual sugar : 6 gr
Total acidity : 4.5 g/l.

MEDIUM DRY CUVEE ADRIEN 2010
Exclusively made from the chenin blanc grape, the cuvée ““Flots Adrien” 2008, a medium dry white wine was born on the northern bank of the loire within the Vouvray appellation in the Touraine district “ the garden of France”.
NOSE : Fruity aromas such a mango, pineapple with honey flavour.
PALATE : Soft and round textured confirming the medium dry sugar content with a nice exotic fruit taste, nice fresh citrusy acidity.
FOOD AND WINE : Pumpkin pies, apples and red fruits pies, foie gras, goat cheese, Thai food.
Residual sugar : 25 gr
Total acidity : 5.5 g/l.

CUVÉE MOELLEUX 2009
Exclusively made from the chenin blanc grape the cuvee “ Moelleux” 2009, a soft textured sweet wine was born on the northern bank of the loire within the Vouvray appellation in the Touraine district “ the garden of France”.
NOSE : rich, pineapple, mango and spicy
PALATE : Round textured wine, dry apricot, exotic fruits confirmed with a pleasant refreshing acidity keeping thes wine well-balanced.
FOOD AND WINE : Foie gras with warm apricot bread, fresh strawberries, chocolate and vanilla ice cream, blue cheese, apple pies to be enjoyed as an aperitif.
Residual sugar : 50 gr
Total acidity : 5.5 g/l.

RESERVE 2005/2009
Exclusively made from the chenin blanc grape the Cuvée Réserve 2005/2009, a sweet wine liquoreux type. Liquoreux means thicker textured wine than the cuvee 2009 moelleux.
This cuvee was also born on the northern bank of the loire, in the Touraine district.
NOSE : Rippen mango, pineapple, apricot, acacia tree, nice rich honey flavoured.
PALATE : Sirupy textured wine, exotic fruits, spices abs honey confirmed. Pleasant acidity in length.
FOOD AND WINE : Foie gras, sorbet, bleu cheese, strawberry pies, aperitif wine.
Residual sugar : 60 gr
Total acidity : 5.6 g/l.

The choice :
The cuvée Réserve 2005 is a well-structured wine. Even if drinkable now, need to be kept for years in your cellar.
The cuvee Réserve 2009 will be lighter in style than the 2005 vintage regarding the texture, with a good fruit intensity and a nice fresh citrusy acidity in length. This cuvée was born on the northern bank of the loire ,within the vouvray appellation, in the touraine district " the garden of france ".

MARIE GEOFFREY 1997
Exclusively made from the chenin blanc grape the cuvee “ Marie Geoffrey” vintage 1997, a liquoreux wine was born on the northern bank of the loire within the Vouvray appellation in the Touraine district “ the garden of France”.
NOSE : A very elegant nose of dry fruits such as apricot and pineapple with honey and mature fruits aromas.
PALATE : A rich elegant textured wine with rippen peaches, apricot with a fine acidity and spices in length.
A very nice potential for ageing even if drinkable now.
FOOD AND WINE :

Chocolate mousse, profiteroles, chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, creamy blue cheese.
